Today, Söderberg & Partners and Norwegian Grieg Group announced that they have entered a strategic partnership where Grieg Investor and Gabler Investments will be merging into a joint venture.
In a press release, Söderberg & Partners writes that the partnership marks an important step in both organizations’ ambition to offer quality and comprehensive advice to institutional and private investors. In practise, this is a merger of Grieg Investor and Gabler Investments, the latter which Söderberg & Partners acquired in 2025. The merger brings together expertise, analytical capacity and services in a single organisation. “This is an important step for us.
