William Paus, head of wealth & asset management at SEB, writes on LinkedIn that the bank is planning to open a branch for the asset management operation in Norway. “We will make the full range of great products and mandates available to institutional clients, together with our wealth management unit also the private segments and obviously to all family offices”.
On Tuesday this week, Amazon backed AI company Anthropic announced that they are launching Claude for financial services, pitching it as “the first unified intelligence layer for institutional finance”. Jussi Louekoski was head of the Nordics business for Amundi between 2002 and 2011 and has also worked with institutional clients at firms such as Unigestion and Capital Dynamics.
