Having taken on the role as CIO of LD Pensions in March last year, Kristoffer Birch says that he compares his current job with that of a football coach.
“As a football coach you try to balance the long-term development of the team and of individual players, but you must also win the next game. It’s a similar balancing act for a CIO,” he says.
