Tell Media Group has published a new report where we’ve evaluated the development of the asset owner landscape in the Nordic region by contrasting the content of our Nordic Investor Insight reports from 2015 – 2017 to the insights in reports from 2023 – 2025.
2015 doesn’t feel that long ago, but as evidenced by this report, the Nordic asset owner landscape has changed tremendously. The Nordic landscape of 2025 is the product of a decade of deliberate evolution. What were once nascent ideas – internal management teams, alternative assets, ESG integration and risk-factor investing – have become standard practice. Nordic asset owners have proven they are able to adapt to changing conditions (from low-yield environments to inflationary shocks) while staying true to long-term objectives and stakeholder commitments.
