Pontus Grönlund, who is joining LGIM from a role as head of research at Altocumulus Asset Management, will be based in the company’s Stockholm office and will report to Anders Årjes, head of Nordics.
In a press release, the company writes that the expansion of the LGIM Nordics team underscores the firm’s ambitious growth strategy, aimed at further expanding its presence in continental Europe. Pontus Grönlund will work alongside Anders Årjes to continue to offer and grow LGIM’s range of active and index investment solutions as well as LGIM’s responsible investment proposition.
