In our review of news linked to the Nordic asset management ecosystem some of the things that caught our attention was a new head of equities at Finnish Ilmarinen and that a committee has been appointed to review the ethical framework for the Norwegian oil fund.
First – Rami Vehmas has been appointed chief equity officer at Finnish Ilmarinen and he took on his new role on November 1st. Rami Vehmas has worked at Ilmarinen for more than 19 years in equity investing, most recently as a senior portfolio manager.
